PROFESSIONAL RESUME - STEVE WALKER

Steve
Walker has 30 years experience in the conceptual, detailed analysis and
computer simulation of environmental loads and responses of offshore
structures.
For the last 20 years he has specialized in Safety, QRA, Hazard Management and consequence assessment of
toxic releases, fires and explosions
(loading and response).
He also has experience in consultancy for legal and loss adjusting
support. Since graduating, Mr Walker has
published 67 papers and two books on offshore structures, dynamics and
boundary element methods.
He has developed finite element structural analysis packages,
stability, motion response and fatigue analysis programs.
